Rolled Pomegranate Molasses And Sesame Seed Challah
This week's challah is rolled and spiraled. Filled with pomegranate molasses and sesame seeds.

Use the challah recipe in the link from Ben's blog to make the dough. Once the dough has risen. Roll the dough into a long sausage and flatten it. Now that you have a long rectangle, brush 4 tbs of pomegranate molasses over the surface. Roll the rectangle into a long sausage (spiral it). Then you fold it up so that it spirals like a snails shell. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
