Raspberry, Banana, Honey & Hempseed Smoothie

Raspberry, banana, honey & hempseed smoothie."
1 very ripe banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1 heaping tablespoon hemp seeds
1/2 cup milk (dairy or nut)
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
Honey to taste (1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon)
Blend well and serve immediately!
