ingredients

  • 160 g flour
  • 4 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (divided: half for the batter, half for frying)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 500 ml water

Method

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, combine the powdered milk with water and mix thoroughly until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the milk mixture. Whisk until well combined.

  • Step 3

    Gradually sift in the flour, mixing continuously to avoid lumps.

  • Step 4

    Stir in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the batter.

  • Step 5

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with the remaining oil.

  • Step 6

    Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to evenly coat the surface.

  • Step 7

    Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  • Step 8

    Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as necessary.
