Crispy Coconut Shrimp With Spicy Mango Jalapeño Sauce
LA has been my home for 6 wonderful years, but today I'm boarding a plane with two dogs and a stand mixer. and heading to NJ & the Big Apple! So while I'm maneuvering through LAX, please enjoy these Whole30 Baked Coconut Shrimp with Mango Jalapeño sauce! I used my amazing @sizzlefishfit shrimp and adapted the recipe from @paleoleap by using almond meal and leaving out the honey for the dip! Happy Fri-yay!
