ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Annie's Organic French Dressing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
  • Salt, as needed
  • Black pepper, as needed

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl and stir gently to combine. Let the flavors marry in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed.

  • Step 3

    Serve and enjoy for up to 1 week.
