ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Crushed mini eggs
ingredients
White Chocolate Ganache Cream
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese
Method
Step 1
Add all oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Stir well and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.
Step 2
Chop up mini egg pieces if you are layering.
Step 3
Microwave white chocolate in a small bowl (white chocolate bars and @enjoylifefoods chips melt a lot easier than traditional white chocolate chips). Mix in with Greek yogurt and room temperature cream cheese. I used a whisk to get rid of lumps, and put it back in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for everything to be super creamy and soft.
Step 4
Remove oats from refrigerator, and layer the oats with mini egg pieces. Then pour ganache overtop and put back back in fridge overnight to set.
Step 5
In the morning, top with more mini eggs and grab and go!
