ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats⁣
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein protein⁣
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁣
  • 1/3 cup almond milk⁣
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder⁣
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁣

For icing

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese⁣
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened Greek yogurt⁣
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

Method

  • Step 1

    ⁣⁣⁣⁣Mix everything for oats in a blender and blend on high. Pour into a greased oven safe dish and swirl in the coconut sugar/cinnamon mixture in circles. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes! Top with “icing” and enjoy.
