ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein protein
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For icing
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Method
Step 1
Mix everything for oats in a blender and blend on high. Pour into a greased oven safe dish and swirl in the coconut sugar/cinnamon mixture in circles. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes! Top with “icing” and enjoy.
