Brownie for breakfast..yes please! This oatmeal is made with cauliflower rice which adding texture and gets its decadent brownie batter flavor from chocolate protein powder⁣ and chocolate chips.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats⁣
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower ⁣
  • 1/2 cup water⁣
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder⁣
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla⁣
  • Dash of salt⁣
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder⁣

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the gluten free oats, cauliflower rice, water, almond milk, coconut sugar, cacao powder, vanilla and salt to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and mix well to combine. Keep it on a low simmer for 5-7 minutes until oats and cauliflower rice are softened and most of the liquid is absorbed.

  • Step 2

    Stir in your protein powder. Add more liquid if needed. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until everything is combined and warmed through. Top with chocolate chips or toppings of choice and enjoy!⁣
