Brownie for breakfast..yes please! This oatmeal is made with cauliflower rice which adding texture and gets its decadent brownie batter flavor from chocolate protein powder and chocolate chips.

ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Method
Step 1
Add the gluten free oats, cauliflower rice, water, almond milk, coconut sugar, cacao powder, vanilla and salt to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and mix well to combine. Keep it on a low simmer for 5-7 minutes until oats and cauliflower rice are softened and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 2
Stir in your protein powder. Add more liquid if needed. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until everything is combined and warmed through. Top with chocolate chips or toppings of choice and enjoy!
