ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 serving of vanilla pea protein
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice
Method
Step 1
In a small pot add your oats, almond milk, and vanilla and cook according to oats package directions.
Step 2
Stir in the pumpkin, almond butter, and maple syrup. Remove from the heat and add the protein powder and cinnamon. Adjust the liquid until you get your ideal texture.
Step 3
Top with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and serve.
