"Instead of bringing flowers to Easter dinner, I highly advise bringing flower cookies. I mean, who doesn’t love a good cookie? And these little blooms are the best cookies EVER! I gave my classic Big Pink Cookie recipe a springy makeover & made them into a big bouquet of these cutie pink flower cookies. It’s the same old recipe, made with my easy-rollin sugar cookie base that's laced with a warm kiss of cardamom undertones. This is my favorite recipe to use with cookie cutters because they hold their shape so well when they bake, just look at the ornate edges of the flowers. The fluffy pink cream cheese frosting is naturally colored & flavored with freeze dried strawberries. For the darker pink, I just added more magic strawberry dust. Then I used 2 drops of natural green food coloring for the stems. I added few white & gold sprinkles to the centers & these sweet little cookies are all dressed in their Sunday best & ready for the holiday weekend."
