ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

  • Step 2

    Combine the wet and dry mixtures.

  • Step 3

    Bring a buttered skillet to medium high heat to cook your pancakes.

  • Step 4

    Top with bananas, powdered sugar and maple syrup
