ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Bob's 1:1 Mill Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/3 cups Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups Vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons White sugar
  • 1 eggs Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoons Almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cups Enjoy life semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 pieces chopped Justin's mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl.

  • Step 2

    In another bowl, beat brown sugar, milk, butter, and white sugar until fluffy. Add in and whisk egg yolk and vanilla extract. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until dough is just combined; gently fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.

  • Step 3

    Use a cookie scooper, and then ball the dough with your hands. Place 4 balled doughs in the airfryer basket. Press down slightly on the dough with your fingertips, making it slightly flat.

  • Step 4

    Cook the dough at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with remaining cookie dough! Serve with almond milk for a complete snack!
