"An easy 10 min homemade pickle recipe with endless possibilities for flavor combos! We made homemade pickles for the first time last year and were so hooked we planted extra cucumbers this year JUST to make even more bottles. These take 10 min to prep and have lasted for us 3-6 months since they’re a quick pickle. Pretty sure you’ll be finished with them sooner than that!"

ingredients

  • 2 sliced into 1 inch rounds cucumbers
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Place sliced cucumbers in 2 mason jars

  • Step 2

    Bring all other ingredients to boil and simmer for 10 min

  • Step 3

    Pour equally into both jars until almost full and let cool

  • Step 4

    Cover once cooled to slightly warm and refrigerate. Will last unto 6 months in the refrigerator
