ingredients
- 1 chopped Shallot
- 1 leaf large Red Swiss chard
- pinch Salt
- 3 tablepoons Coconut cream
- 1 tablespoons Coconut vm Oil
- 1 pack Lotus foods Heat and Eat Brown Jasmine Rice
Method
Step 1
Sauté a small, finely chopped, shallot in some oil.
Step 2
Add some chopped red chard to it. Sprinkle some salt and add 3 tbsp of unsweetened coconut cream. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Step 3
Now add the packet of brown jasmine rice and mix well. Add 1-2 tbsps of water, cover and cook for another 2 mins.
Step 4
Serve hot topped with your favorite dish and enjoy!
