ingredients

  • 1 chopped Shallot
  • 1 leaf large Red Swiss chard
  • pinch Salt
  • 3 tablepoons Coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoons Coconut vm Oil
  • 1 pack Lotus foods Heat and Eat Brown Jasmine Rice

Method

  • Step 1

    Sauté a small, finely chopped, shallot in some oil.

  • Step 2

    Add some chopped red chard to it. Sprinkle some salt and add 3 tbsp of unsweetened coconut cream. Cook for 2-3 mins.

  • Step 3

    Now add the packet of brown jasmine rice and mix well. Add 1-2 tbsps of water, cover and cook for another 2 mins.

  • Step 4

    Serve hot topped with your favorite dish and enjoy!
