You found some soft, wilted veggies in your fridge and you have no idea what to do with them. All I can say is don’t toss them out. A lot of times we #waste so much food because we simply have no idea what to do with them. I will teach you with a few simple and easy tips on how to rescue your soft veggies from last week. Today, I had some #organic Roma #tomatoes in my fridge which had gotten soft and mushy and I just rescued them for this evening’s dinner.

Breakfast while traveling!! I often get asked by many people what should we eat for #breakfast when traveling. One of my ultimate favorites is in this photo. Wherever I am, this is one of the easiest breakfast options to order. 😊Always watch your portions. This is how I order: 1/2 cup cooked unsweetened steel cut oats( if steel cut is not available, rolled oats is the next best option cooked with water, sea salt and unsweetened vanilla extract (many places and hotel's have unsweetened vanilla extract, omit if they don't) sprinkled with some ground cinnamon topped with fresh berries and pumpkin seeds ( or couple of tablespoon of your favorite nut.) you can sweeten with 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup if you like. This is what lunch looked like today for me.
