You found some soft, wilted veggies in your fridge and you have no idea what to do with them. All I can say is don’t toss them out. A lot of times we #waste so much food because we simply have no idea what to do with them. I will teach you with a few simple and easy tips on how to rescue your soft veggies from last week. Today, I had some #organic Roma #tomatoes in my fridge which had gotten soft and mushy and I just rescued them for this evening’s dinner.

Spotlight on what I just had 👏🏻✨ I am reducing caffeine as much as possible for some digestive issues I have right now. Of course, every opportunity I get, I use extra anti- inflammatory and energy boosting ingredients into my diet. So this is what I had this afternoon. Did it taste good? Yes, it tasted amazing. 😋You can make this delicious macadamia and turmeric latte in less than 5 minutes. #Coconut milk, fresh #turmeric root (or ground turmeric), #ginger root, macadamia nut, flax seeds, cinnamon, #Manuka honey, coconut oil with a pinch of black pepper and sea salt. Just blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, creamy and heat it to your liking.
