- 2 packages of refrigerated biscuit dough (enough for 12 biscuits)
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 ounce) bag of steamed mixed vegetables
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tray.
Step 2
Flatten each biscuit slightly and press them into the greased muffin cups, creating a base and sides for the pot pies.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and steamed mixed vegetables. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture into each biscuit cup, filling them generously.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
