The beauty of coconut is that it already has sugar in it and it’s enough to activate the cultures in the probiotic, such an ideal way to make yogurt. I love coconut yogurt because dairy yogurt gives me loads of phlegm, I just can't eat it. Fresh coconut supports thyroid restoration, helps balance hormones, improve digestion and nutrient absorption, keeps hair and skin well hydrated and promotes kidney and bladder function.
