Street Asian-style Fish Curry With Gluten Free Rice & Whole Moon Yeasted Pancakes
Street Asian style fish curry was last night's dinner served with gluten free rice and whole moong yeasted pancakes. The curry is made with freshly roasted and ground whole spices and a dash of almond butter and almond milk. And the fish is filets of small mackerel that is both sustainable as well as high in Omega 3 and low in mercury. Beware of the bones but the curry is lipsmacking good!
