ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats, crushed
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and minced
  • 1/2 cup coconut, dessicated or shredded
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium size mixing bowl, add crushed oats, dates, honey and vanilla extract. Mix everything until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Roll into walnut sized balls and they are ready to eat!
