ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats, crushed
- 1 cup dates, pitted and minced
- 1/2 cup coconut, dessicated or shredded
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
Step 1
In a medium size mixing bowl, add crushed oats, dates, honey and vanilla extract. Mix everything until well combined.
Step 2
Roll into walnut sized balls and they are ready to eat!
