ingredients
- 1 box Annieโs Spirals with Butter & Parmesan
- 3 slices prosciutto, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 large handfuls baby arugula
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, for serving
- freshly cracked black pepper, for serving
Method
Step 1
Prepare the pasta according to the box instructions.
Step 2
Cook prosciutto in a small skillet over medium heat until crispy, stirring frequently. Drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over arugula. Toss to combine.
Step 4
Fold prosciutto into prepared pasta. Serve with arugula on top. Finish with fresh grated parmesan and cracked black pepper.
