Wholegrain spelt pasta with kale + cashew pesto, steamed pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh coriander and nutritional yeast for the kale pesto I used 2 handfuls of kale + a small handful of fresh basil + 1/2dl cashews + 1tbsp lemon juice + 1/3tsp granulated garlic and some water to thin, add Himalayan salt to taste #dinner -@anniskk
