ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or vegetarian substitute
- 1/4 cup mild salsa
- 1 box Annie’s Classic Cheddar with Hidden Veggie
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- Shredded cheese of choice, for finishing
Method
Step 1
Warm leftover ground beef (or a vegetarian substitute) with taco seasoning and ¼ cup salsa.
Step 2
Pop Annie’s Classic Cheddar with Hidden Veggies into the microwave. Cook according to directions.
Step 3
When microwave stops, add ½ cup frozen corn, thawed, to mac & cheese. Stir thoroughly and heat another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Combine ground beef with microwave mac, top with shredded cheese.
