  • 2 (4.5 ounce) packets original Oreos
  • 400 grams (14 ounces) white chocolate chips or melts
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Sea salt, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm (7in x 11in) slice tin with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Set aside 4 Oreos for decorating. Crush the remaining Oreos in a bowl using a rolling pin, leaving some larger pieces. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and a pinch of sea salt. Microwave on high for 1 - 1.5 minutes. Stir until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Add crushed Oreos to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully combined. Press the mixture into the prepared tin and flatten with a spatula.

  • Step 5

    Chop the 4 reserved Oreos and press them into the top of the fudge. Sprinkle with extra sea salt flakes.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
