For the Dalgona Whip:
- 2 tbsp instant coffe
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup

- 3 fresh big strawberries
- 2 tbsp cherry blossom syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- 200 ml plant-based milk of choice
- Ice cubes to fill the glass
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk vigorously or use a hand mixer until the mixture turns light and frothy with soft peaks.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the milk, cherry blossom syrup and fresh strawberries. Blend.
Step 3
Pour the cherry blossom strawberry milk into a serving glass filled with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
Step 4
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top , creating a fluffy cloud-like layer.
