For the Dalgona Whip:

  • 2 tbsp instant coffe
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup

For the Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Milk:

  • 3 fresh big strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cherry blossom syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 200 ml plant-based milk of choice
  • Ice cubes to fill the glass

Method

  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk vigorously or use a hand mixer until the mixture turns light and frothy with soft peaks.

  • Step 2

    In a blender, combine the milk, cherry blossom syrup and fresh strawberries. Blend.

  • Step 3

    Pour the cherry blossom strawberry milk into a serving glass filled with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.

  • Step 4

    Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top , creating a fluffy cloud-like layer.

  • Step 5

    Garnish with fresh strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness and visual appeal. You can decorate with some cherry blossoms too.
