- 2 ounces passion fruit juice or pulp
- 1 1/ 2 ounces Barsol Pisco Quebranta
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1/ 2 cup ice

Step 1
Add passion fruit pulp, pisco, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again until frothy. Serve and garnish.
