Recipe

  • 2 ounces passion fruit juice or pulp
  • 1 1/ 2 ounces Barsol Pisco Quebranta
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/ 2 cup ice

Method

  • Step 1

    Add passion fruit pulp, pisco, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Add ice and shake again until frothy. Serve and garnish.
