ingredients

  • 2 cups of Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of Dairy-Free Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Raisins
  • 1/4 cup of Grounded Flax-seed
  • 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
  • Blackberry Jelly

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend the rolled oats, raisins, flax-seed, cinnamon, and vanilla into a processor or blender.

  • Step 2

    Once the mix is blended, add the peanut butter & blend until it has a sticky paste consistency.

  • Step 3

    In a medium baking pan with parchment paper, spread the crumble/mix out evenly. *This is the base so make sure it is packed together evenly so the bars don’t fall apart.

  • Step 4

    Add yogurt on top of the crust & spread across evenly until it is covered like frosting.

  • Step 5

    Next, add blackberry jelly. Use a butter knife to make swirls. * The amount depends on your preference

  • Step 6

    Lastly, put the pan in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
