ingredients

  • 100 gram Rice noodles
  • 1 Egg
  • 20 gram Bean sprouts
  • 10 gram Chinese chives
  • 10 grams sliced shallots
  • 5 grams shrimp
  • 10 grams sweet pickled radish (Chye Poh)
  • 20 grams Bean curd
  • 1 tablesp Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoo Tamarind juice
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoo Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoo peanuts
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 2 tablespon Cooking oil
  • 150 millileters Water
  • 5 grams Chilli flake

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat up a pan add in cooking oil, stir-fried shallot, chye poh, dried shrimp, and bean curd cubes until fragrant add egg and scramble it until cooked and mix well with ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Add chicken breast sliced and continue to stir fry.

  • Step 3

    Add water and season with palm sugar, fish sauce, oyster, and tamarind juice, and continue to cook on low heat until palm sugar melts. Then add rice noodles and cook until noodles absorb all of the seasoning sauce.

  • Step 4

    Top if with bean sprouts, Chinese chives, grated peanuts, and chili flakes. Serve it with a lime wedge on the side.
