Blueberry pomegranate smoothie bowl topped with pomegranate seeds, cranberries, blackberries, few cherries, edible flowers, puffed quinoa and a sprinkle of freeze dried blueberries. Have a great Monday everyone.

Recipe

For the smoothie base:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Few tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pomegranate juice (I juiced half a small pomegranate)
1/2 cup spinach (optional but great and you can't even tell it's there)
1/2 cup rolled oats (optional for the extra nutrients and to stay full until lunch time)


Toppings: pomegranate arils, cranberries, blackberries, cherries, edible flowers, puffed quinoa & freeze dried blueberries


Directions


Add the ingredients for the smoothie base into a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
