  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 mandarin, peeled
  • 1 persimmon, chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Mince or finely chop fresh ginger, then add to honey and water, whisking it up well.

  • Step 2

    To a bowl add mandarin slices, chopped persimmon, banana slices, and pomegranate seeds.

  • Step 3
