ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 small can of corn,
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 pickles, diced
- salt, to taste
- 1 small handful dill, chopped
- 1 small handful parsley, chopped
Method
Step 1
Finely chop 1 small head of cabbage, and put it in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Chop 2 green onions and add to the cabbage.
Step 3
Also add 1/2 cup of defrosted green peas, 1 small can (drained) corn, and 2 chopped pickles.
Step 4
Stir in 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise until all of the vegetables are coated well.
Step 5
Add salad and pepper to taste and garnish with dill and parsley. Enjoy!
