  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree, fresh canned or boxed
  • 1 banana, frozen, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 cup milk, of choice
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/3 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice
