- 1 banana, frozen, sliced
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/3 cup milk, of choice
- 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/3 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup ice
