Fruit Salad
- 2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
ingredients
Ginger Lime Dressing
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablepoons honey
- 1-2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and grated
Method
Step 1
Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl add grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, kiwis, and oranges. Toss well to combine.
Step 3
Add dressing to fruit salad and mix well to combine.
Step 4
Serve with whipped cream, yogurt, an extra drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of fresh ginger.
