ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese of choice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tortillas

Method

  • Step 1

    In a pot, boil the chicken breast. This will take 10 minutes since chicken breast cooks fast.

  • Step 2

    Chop cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Equally, divide the chopped chicken into two tortillas.

  • Step 3

    Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup of grated cheese.

  • Step 4

    Peel and slice 1 avocado in half, slice each half and scoop it out with a spoon.

  • Step 5

    Equally divide between the two tortillas.

  • Step 6

    Add a pinch of salt and pepper two each tortilla and wrap it up by first pulling in the sides.

  • Step 7

    With the sides folded in, roll up the wrap.

  • Step 8

    Heat up the grill or a panini maker. Place the tortillas in and let the outside of the wrap get golden brown grill lines.

  • Step 9

    Enjoy! This goes great dipped in some ranch. Yum!
