ingredients

  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 cucumbers,
  • 1 granny smith apple, deseeded and cut into large chunks
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  • Step 1

    Slice 1 green apple and remove the seeds.

  • Step 2

    Wash 1 celery stick and cut it into smaller pieces.

  • Step 3

    Cut the edges off cucumber(s).

  • Step 4

    Add the cut ingredients into your blender with 1/4 cup of water.

  • Step 5

    Blend until smooth for 1-2 minutes.

  • Step 6
