ingredients

  • 15 ounce organic black beans
  • 15 organic garbanzo beans
  • 15 ounces organic red kidney beans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tablepsoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Rinse all beans, and add to a bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add chopped fresh dill.

  • Step 3

    Mix together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper.

  • Step 4

    Mix dressing with beans, and add more salt if necessary.
