ingredients
- 15 ounce organic black beans
- 15 organic garbanzo beans
- 15 ounces organic red kidney beans
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tablepsoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Rinse all beans, and add to a bowl.
Step 2
Add chopped fresh dill.
Step 3
Mix together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of black pepper.
Step 4
Mix dressing with beans, and add more salt if necessary.
