  • 1 butternut squash, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Step 2

    Peel the squash.

  • Step 3

    Slice the squash in half and take out the seeds.

  • Step 4

    Slice into thin fries.

  • Step 5

    Mix squash slices with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sea salt.

  • Step 6

    Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip over slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes. Enjoy right away!
