ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt or another yogurt alternative
  • 3 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk or another milk alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom, optional
  • 1 tablespoon pistachio, chopped for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Top with chopped pistachios and a sprig of mint if desired.
