ingredients

  • 2 cups milk, warm
  • 1 cup flour,
  • 1 large egg,
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda,
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt,
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar,
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil,
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter,

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop 1/2 an onion and sauté with 1/2 Tablespoon unsalted butter in a pan.

  • Step 2

    When onion begins to brown up add in the cooked meat, add a pinch of salt/pepper. Sauté for a couple more minutes. Let it cool down.

  • Step 3

    In a grinder or food processor grind the meat filling.

  • Step 4

    Fill in the crepes.

  • Step 5

    Crepes with chicken are usually served with sour cream.

  • Step 6

    To reheat crepes, melt 1/2 Tablespoon unsalted butter in a pan, and brown up each side of the rolled crepes giving it a bit of a golden brown color.
