Recipe Card

ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach or kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 6 tablets chlorella and spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon white chia seeds
  • 2 scoops PBfit
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha
  • 1 scoop I-glutamine powder
  • 4 drops Stevia
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons berries and granola (optional), to top

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender and process until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a bowl and top with berries and granola.
