ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach or kale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 6 tablets chlorella and spirulina
- 1 teaspoon white chia seeds
- 2 scoops PBfit
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ashwagandha
- 1 scoop I-glutamine powder
- 4 drops Stevia
- 4 ice cubes
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons berries and granola (optional), to top
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender and process until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and top with berries and granola.
