ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked in hot water for 1 hour cashews
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Add 1 cup cashews to a bowl and cover with boiling water, allow to sit for 1 hour.

  • Step 2

    Drain your cashews and add to a high powered blender, add just enough filtered water to cover your nuts and add a pinch of salt and process until super smooth and creamy.

  • Step 3

    Use immediately or transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
