ingredients

  • 1 pack potatoes
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 cup Stock
  • dash salt and pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Turn the oven 175°C Cut then into cylinders. Take a pan out, hit the oil and add the potatoes. Cook them until they are crispy on both ends.

  • Step 2

    Take a deep dish out, pour the stock (meat or veg) inside and put the cylinder potatoes inside, standing up. Add the herb of your choice with the stock. Let them cook for 30min, poke them to see if they are cooked.

  • Step 3

    Serve it with whatever you wish! throw the salt and pepper and voila
