Up your breakfast game with these Biscoff baked oats. This blender friendly recipes takes oats, chia seeds, berries and a scoop of Biscoff spread.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon biscoff spread

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender, blend everything apart from raspberries & biscoff spread until smooth.

  • Step 2

    In a baking dish or two small ramekins, add in half of the blended mixture.

  • Step 3

    Gently stir in frozen raspberries and biscoff spread in the middle, then add the rest of the mixture in.

  • Step 4

    Top up with a biscoff biscuit and bake in the oven at 180c for 20-25 mins.

  • Step 5

    Serve up with with maple syrup and your favorite toppings
