- 1 bag (12 rolls) sweet Hawaiian rolls
- 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup premade coleslaw
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, honey, kosher salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Coat the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture.
Step 5
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Remove chicken from the oven and shred it.
Step 7
Add shredded chicken to your Sweet Hawaiian Rolls and top with shredded cheese.
Step 8
Return to the oven for 7-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Step 9
Top with premade coleslaw and assemble sliders with the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
