- 1 large spaghetti squash, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, for serving

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Microwave the spaghetti squash for 4 minutes to soften before slicing in half.
Step 3
Drizzle each half with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Place on a lined baking sheet and into the oven for 50-55 minutes until softened.
