  • 1 (8 ounce) block feta cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, for serving

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    Microwave the spaghetti squash for 4 minutes to soften before slicing in half.

    Drizzle each half with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
