ingredients
- 1 teaspoon rooibos
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
Method
Step 1
Infuse the rooibos in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and cut the mango and pineapple in big chunks. Peel and finely grate the ginger.
Step 3
Add the fruits and the infused and drained rooibos to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Place in the fridge for 2 hours or serve immediately with ice cubes.
