ingredients
- 2 medium pears
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons walnuts or nut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 1/2 cup dairy free milk
Method
Step 1
Core and chop the pears and pitted dates. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until perfectly smooth. Adjust the quantity of milk to get the desired texture. Enjoy!
