It's just another one of those eggy breakfasts! Featuring a fantastical creamy mushroom sauce to go on top. Mm, it was so good. Just some red onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms cooked until thick with a mixture of almond milk, sherry, cornstarch, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, and soy sauce This is my kind of comfort food!
