These popsicles are made with Cascadian Farm Frozen Peaches and Frozen Red Raspberries. Cascadian Farm frozen fruit captures the sweetest fruit straight from the farm right off the vine for the most flavorful treat. These are addictive. ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1 (10 ounce bag) Cascadian Farm Frozen Peaches
- 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm Frozen Red Raspberries
Method
Step 1
Add heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla to a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on high speed until light and fluffy. Set aside.
Step 2
In a blender, add orange juice, peaches and raspberries. Blend until almost smooth. Add 2 cups whipped cream. Blend.
Step 3
Spoon mixture into 8 ice pop molds. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours until firm.
