- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon (30g) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon (5g) parmesan

- 3 tablespoons (40g) light cream cheese (e.g., Philadelphia)
- 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon (30g) milk
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic puree
- 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon (5g) parmesan
- Fresh parsley, diced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 2 toasted brioche buns, for serving
Method
Step 1
Season the chicken with salt, smoked paprika, onion granules, and garlic granules.
Step 2
Dip the seasoned chicken in the whisked egg, ensuring it's evenly coated, and then coat it with the panko breadcrumbs, pressing down gently to adhere.
Step 3
Air fry the breaded chicken at 375°F for 17 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Step 4
To make the sauce, combine cream cheese, milk, garlic puree, parmesan, diced fresh parsley, oregano, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Step 5
Spread half of the prepared sauce over each toasted brioche bun.
