- 1/4 cut into batons watermelon
- 1 juiced lime
- 2 teaspoons optional, for drizzling hot honey

Method
Step 1
Using a microplane, carefully shave the frozen watermelon into small bowls. Use a paper towel in between the fruit & your fingers to keep them from getting too cold!
Step 2
Top the shaved fruit with lime juice, spicy honey, and a sprinkle of flakey salt. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil. Enjoy immediately!
